The products we produce are indispensable for vehicles, various kinds of machines and plants which are in operation all over the world today.
Bolts ranging from M5 to M36 in size are available through cold forging, and bolts greater in size are also available by means of machining after hot forging.Along with substantial and reliable equipment including parts formers with number of section up to 6, our integrated production systems from hot forging through subsequent machining enable us to shorten production lead time and produce low-cost products.
Not only general machines and equipment, we also adopt automated cell production systems through the use of multifunctional machines and automated machines for machined parts where machining is required, which makes mass production and production of many items in small quantities feasible.
